Lacy is not the typical nursing supervisor. She is the primary nurse for one of our level 5 providers and she carries the workload with grace and rarely complains. She wears a lot of hats but still continues to be a great communicator. She is passionate about our clinic, advocates for her patients and coworkers, and is the most selfless person I know. If our team is drowning, she will come in on her off day or if she happens to be off, she still checks in to see how we're doing. With the recent weather, she lives the farthest out of all of our coworkers, yet she was the first one here and the last one to leave. She is very valuable, and I appreciate and value her dedication and dependability.
