Nurse LaDale’s performance as an RN was exceptional. She completed a thorough assessment of my mom when she entered her room. Her approach was phenomenal in caring for a patient with dementia and multiple chronic health conditions as well as the condition which resulted in her hospitalization. LaDale’s frequent assessments and her professionalism as she exited the room will forever leave a lasting impression. She exhibited those quality traits that will always be remembered. She represents Olympia Fields St. Francis Hospital well.
