LaDonna Watson, ADN, RN

The staff has been excellent! But LaDonna has gone above and beyond. My mother has white coat syndrome and is VERY AFRAID of the doctors and hospitals. She has double pneumonia and is very weak and very scared, her grandmother passed in the hospital from pneumonia so my mother is scared of these places. LaDonna has been there from the start! And she has been so wonderful, and her whole performance has been wonderful. She has so much love and care for her patients and family members. She’s so knowledgeable with every question we’ve had. She even took the time to print off information about my mother’s conditions. She has taken the time to answer any and all questions and even took time to talk to family on the phone to answer questions too. Her compassion is so outstanding and so amazing, she has been able to take care of my mother’s needs and our whole family’s needs. She's so smart and if she didn’t know she found out the answer in a timely manner. Her time management is on point! Still meeting all our needs with managing the rest of the hall. We are so blessed to have such a great RN. It truly is a blessing to have a great RN and someone who, when I leave my mom I know she’s in good care, with someone who cares about her! Her bedside manner and presentation are exemplary thank you LaDonna!
