Lady June has set a whole new standard for nursing care! She has taken customer service and patient care to the next level. Not only did she spend time in my room helping to calm my nerves and alleviate my fears, but she went above and beyond to ensure my health and safety, pain management, and overall satisfaction. She helped me understand more about this huge hospital, gave me some tips on scheduling, navigating, and finding solutions when and if issues arise.
Herpersonality is genuine and her kindness is refreshing. I feel like her compassion for people is what quality care is made of. MDA is more than lucky to have a nurse who is dedicated, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate as LJ.
