Lael was the nurse who helped us. It was Lael showing sincere compassion and concern while being totally professional and competent. She was efficient and concise in her actions, she controlled the situation, time was very important. My sister said she had never been treated so quickly and with such compassion. Lael honestly listened to her and helped her get her situation under control and the right medication, she was so friendly.

Lael is constantly going above and beyond to make sure that her patients are not only cared for, but also making sure patients and their families have a positive experience while visiting CCH. Her nursing skills and her amazing personality have made a difference to many lives in our community. Lael is recognized as an outstanding role model.
