I am so grateful Lael would go out of her way for someone she didn’t even know.
Lael called to let me know the results of my colonoscopy biopsies. I told her my pharmacist called me to warn me that one month’s prescription would cost over $800. Lael said, that was “crazy” and she knew of some coupon places. My pharmacy wouldn’t accept the coupon so she called Walgreens in Prairie du Chien. She then called Dubuque to have them transfer the order to Walgreens. Next she called Guttenberg to cancel my order. After work that same day, she drove into St. Olaf and picked up a $164 check from me which covered 3 months. From there she drove to Walgreens to pick up the pills. The next morning on her way to work she delivered the drugs to my doorstep. I am so grateful she would go out of her way for someone she didn’t even know. She is a wonderful representative for your hospital.
