Laila is a very professional nurse with a very sweet disposition. She can make patients relaxed and comfortable even when inserting an NG tube. We had a very anxious breast cancer patient with bilateral mastectomies, Laila took care of her for a few shifts in a row and I could see how the patient was reassured, educated and recovering fast thanks to Laila's sweetness and professionalism.
