During my wife's recent hospitalization she experienced an alarming loss of cognitive skills, balance, and memory. Part of her symptoms included total disorientation. This condition improved, and in time she improved. We soon learned part of her problem was related to a reaction to some medications. Throughout the ordeal of trying to make sense of her condition while moving around in a mental fog, my wife's recovery was hastened by her gentle, enthusiastic, and cheerful nurse Lainie Aler.

This young lady not only provided excellent nursing skills--she treated my wife like family. Later, as my wife was discharged, she also helped sort out a potential prescription problem that was not life-threatening but could have delayed my wife's eventual recovery. She quickly advised the doctor who then rearranged my wife's outgoing prescription plans. Bravo, Lainie!
