Lais De Oliveira, RN, BSN
I would like to nominate Lais for the DAISY Award in recognition of the extraordinary compassion, knowledge, and professionalism she demonstrates every day. She truly leads and cares for her patients with her whole heart. From the second she walked into my room, she made me feel loved and cared for.
When I felt vulnerable and uncertain, her presence immediately brought comfort and peace. She explained everything step by step, clearly and patiently. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the entire experience. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and ensured I always understood what was happening. Because of her, I felt calm, safe, and completely supported.
What stood out most was the way she made me feel like family. She didn’t just provide excellent medical care. She cared for me as if I were her own. That level of compassion is rare and deeply meaningful. She embodies the true heart of nursing.
I am incredibly grateful for the care she provided, and I recommend AdventHealth Winter Garden because of nurses like her.
