During my 2 day stay at the hospital in December, LaKayBra was there taking care of me. I don’t know much about the medical field or the medical terminology used. LayKayBra was professional from the start, she ensured I was comfortable and patiently explained in language that I could understand, what different medications were for, she generally cared about how I was feeling. When my wife came in she took the time to time to explain everything that she told me ensuring that my wife was comfortable with how I was being treated. I'm not generally a fan of being in a hospital, but the visit was different. LaKayBra was always upbeat and very positive. When she saw I was worried about how my recovery was going, she took extra time to explain how things were actually going well. She continually checked on me and explained why she was taking a particular action or what a specific medication was designed to do. I have had to stay in a hospital a number of times over the years. This particular visit was the best. LaKayBra did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease and helping my wife and me through a difficult situation.
