Cheerful in spite of patient’s medical problems. Responsive. Came back when she said she would even though I knew she was very busy. Remembered any item I requested. Considerate. She used a penlight and closed the door. Optimistic about discharge plans. Empathetic. She helped me spiritually. Her knowledge of my care was outstanding.
