Lakeiya Osley, RN

Lakeiya was very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. She went out of her way to make sure my husband was comfortable as well as his visitors. She also went out of her way to explain all the procedures that were being done. She even went around the room and made sure he had everything when he left, and brought him down to the lobby for me so I wouldn’t have to come up and get him, as I have trouble walking. Couldn’t have asked for a better nurse.

Lakeiya demonstrated her commitment to excellence in the nursing profession. Her cheerful concern for her patient’s comfort, her technology expertise, and her ability to respond to questions while effectively communicating with her patient and family all make this person a standout in the profession. I personally believe education can develop very skilled nurses, and having the natural dedication as Lakeiya does, makes an outstanding nurse.
