Laken Patterson

Laken has gone above and beyond with her skill and motivation to become the best NICU nurse she could possibly be. She has shown great communication skills with parents, demonstrated a wide array of skills with our babies, and has jumped on each opportunity to improve her knowledge of our patient population. In doing this, Laken has also built a good rapport with many of our team members over many disciplines, including other RNs, RRTs, and NNPs. Laken has shown immense growth in the few shifts we have shared together and on behalf of the NICU team, thank you and we are excited to welcome Laken to the unit in the near future.
