A patient called the office and spoke to a supervisor, they had been attempting to retrieve a migraine medication for months, and here are her remarks: I had been fighting my insurance for months trying to get this medication that would help me manage my migraines. I had tried everything and was so tired of fighting. Lakricia (Krissy West) took over, and she never stopped. She never gave up. She spent so much time advocating for me. I was so thankful that she was there to advocate for and help me with this journey. I would not have my meds if it were not for her due diligence, and I'm grateful for her. Thanks.
