Lalaine is a DAISY Nurse! She treats her residents with compassion that comes from the heart.
The residents come first and her commitment to her bedside care shows that. Working with her in a team is a pleasure, it's a well-planned shift and according to the needs of her residents, that's why her teamwork is outstanding.
She is willing to walk the extra mile and never complains, if the situation on the floor needs readjustment she is the first staff to volunteer. Late lunches and no tea breaks are not an issue. Her attitude towards her work shows selflessness. She is well-trusted with a sick resident and demonstrates critical thinking in all situations. She fulfills all the pedals of an Amana DAISY.
