Lalla B. Mendoza, BSN, RN

Lalla is one of my favorite leaders in my unit. As a team leader, she is consistent and committed to her responsibilities. She is non-stop in helping the staff and patients in the unit. I often catch her staying late at work just so she could check the safety of everyone in the unit. She goes well beyond what is expected of her to ensure that the patients have their needs met.
