Sr. Laly has been providing support and compassionate care to patients and families at AZHS for many years. Sr. Laly was recognized by many of her patients. She has the exceptional ability to be compassionate to patients while maintaining a professional calm even in the face of crisis/upset. We had a patient who came on with fever and unfortunately had a febrile convulsion on arrival. Sister Laly swiftly took the patient to the recovery room, checking the vitals while quietly talking and reassuring the anxious parents, always with an air of professional calm.
