Lana Donkoglo, RN

I heard this morning that Lana is, yet again, staying over to resource when we are short nurses. I felt so appreciative when I heard this because Lana works long shifts often to help with our staffing. I am amazed by her generosity with her time, dedication to her fellow staff, and her helpful and willing attitude. Every time I see Lana, she is in a good mood. She is very kind, helpful, and caring. Lana takes the time to ask me how I am doing and doesn’t seem too busy to listen. She is a hard-working nurse, and I am so thankful for her willingness to stay over her 12-hour shifts as often as she does to help our day shift succeed. It seems to me that she genuinely wants to help out, and I know we all appreciate her help so much. Lana is an amazing team player. Thank you for all of the love and hard work you pour out on St. Clare.
