Lana K Bretz, NP

Lana is my MSN NP on the Opal Team. She is great, so thoughtful, accommodating and professional. I have many medical issues and right on that first appointment day, Lana referred me to the respiratory department to set up VA oxygen and to the optometry department to get glasses. I needed a hospital bed, and she set up the appointment for the hospital bed to be sent to my house.

On my first appointment, Lana went over my bloodwork with me. I have long term COVID fibrosis and Lana set up an appointment for me to see a lung specialist for a test. I also was using a walker and when she set up appointments for my eyes and oxygen, she set up volunteers to take me to the different rooms and pushed me in a wheelchair, because we were new and did not know where to go or how to get there. She gave us outstanding service and care through her assistance and help to make these arrangements.
