Lana was not only skilled at nursing and following the doctor’s orders, but she was also patient and detail-oriented when training student nurses and supervising their work.

Lana was a good communicator and was very articulate and well-educated. She explained everything without bias or judgment, and anticipated my needs before I could even ask.

Lana was, above all, empathetic and caring, which even led me to comment on how well her personality and caring demeanor were a perfect fit for a nurse. Lana was an absolute angel when I needed one most and stood head and shoulders above the rest of the nursing staff, who were themselves all top-notch! That alone says a lot.

Lana is a star among stars!! When she went over my discharge paperwork with me, she took her time and made sure I understood everything and answered and/or got clarification on all my questions. Lana also highlighted important points, medications, and upcoming appointments. She even made detailed notes on the paperwork about my next dosages, appointments, and answers to the questions we discussed, so that I wouldn’t forget. She also made extra notes highlighting important dates, dosages, and information I needed to complete after I left the hospital, and when I needed to do them by.

Additionally, Lana provided me with many informational pages and handouts concerning every detail about my conditions, what causes them, what mitigates them, and the science behind them. These were complete with easy-to-understand diagrams, which will help me understand what to do about all of them. Lana is a star among stars – truly an angel in human form.
