A nurse in the Emergency Department can make or break an experience. Lana was the pivot point of my engagement. Immediately aware and attentive that I could no longer present as okay, she provided a safe and professional environment to let me be. She quickly worked to figure out what was happening and took fast steps to course correct.

With confidence and care, she addressed my physical, mental, and emotional needs without passing judgment, always helping me maintain my dignity.
