On the last day of clinical Lance provided excellent nursing care that resulted in saving a person's life and it was a patient that he wasn't even assigned to! He was taking care of his patient when he heard a cry for help a few doors down. Lance found the patient sitting on the floor. He was able to put the patient back in bed. The patient began to lose consciousness and Lance called a code. Thanks to Lance's quick response, the code team arrived within a few minutes. The patient revived and was taken to ICU. I have no doubt that the patient is alive today thanks to the prompt action that Lance took. He is going to make an exceptional nurse!
