I received report and had begun my shift with one of my patients going into a PEA arrest. I was extremely busy and Lance never asked me if I needed help. He automatically jumped in and took over my second patient's care. Lance was working as the PCC and also had two patients of his own. Lance went above and beyond without even being asked. We should all strive to have his work ethic and teamwork. Lance gave my patient great care and I know without his help I would have been drowning and not have been able to deliver such quality care to my second patient. Lance put my patient's needs above his own needs!
