I want to commend RN Landin Smith for his excellent nursing skills during my overnight ICU stay. Despite my reluctance to be at a hospital, he made me feel welcomed by his kindness and knowledge. If I had questions about what was being done, he didn't overwhelm me with information, but explained enough. I felt safe if I rang the call button, he was right there addressing my needs. Landin made me feel like a valued patient at CRMC and because of him, I easily marked in the survey I would highly recommend CRMC to family and friends.
