My daughter was seen at the emergency department. She is very afraid of needles. Nurse Landon did everything to make her comfortable about the procedure (IV) including explaining it to her, comforting her and making her laugh. He also took the extra time to answer all of my questions during the visit and also during the discharge process. His professionalism and caring bedside manner is a shining example of what a wonderful nurse is.
