Lanny Headrick, RN
Lanny has an outstanding positive energy that you can feel when he is in the room. Lanny was my father's first Nurse for one day, and my dad right away told me, "What a nice Nurse! He's very talkative and brings me peace." As a family, we noticed he always went out of his way to support the patient and family. We nominate Lanny for his natural gift of being an RN, bringing a positive and peaceful experience for the patient, and always being flexible and supportive of the family.

Our son was hospitalized here after a suicide attempt. Lanny was the first nurse who was compassionate and intertwined humor in the care of our son. His stay in the unit caused our son to have extreme anxiety and delusions of people wanting to harm him. Lanny was the consistent RN who was able to make our son feel his life mattered.
