Lanore continuously comes to our aide and stays over for night shift. She has stayed over with her labor patients, stayed over to obtain an AFI, stayed to assist with a C-section and waited to go home until she knew we would be stable. With our boards, Lanore is the most dedicated nurse I've ever met. Often working doubles and floating to NICU in the middle of the night.
