I came to the hospital in a lot of pain and I was blessed to have Portcia as my nurse that day. Her level of care was outstanding, personable, caring, and compassionate, to say the least.
She always had a smile on her face, no matter how silly my requests were. Mercy Gilbert is a better place because of Portcia. You really have an asset to your staff.

As the husband of the patient, I was very concerned about my wife. Portcia, with her caring style and approach to her patients and their family, put me at ease. We cannot thank her enough.
