Laquita was working on Saturday. My husband was put on comfort measures and I had been in the room most of the day. Laquita came to the room around supper time with a pizza, drinks, chips, and candy bars that she paid for with her own money. She told me she noticed that I hadn’t left the room much at all that day and she wanted to make sure I had something to eat. This cannot go unrecognized and I cannot express how much that meant to me. She went above and beyond and my family and I are truly grateful.
