Larina was recognized for her teamwork, compassion, knowledge, and patience in working with patients and staff. Larina's colleagues recognize her ability to make everyone feel respected and act as a resource for tough patients. She is an expert preceptor, teaches with kindness and patience, and provides meaningful feedback. Larina provides individualized patient care and seeks to ensure the safety of all her patients while addressing their concerns. One person recognized her for planning a birthday party for a patient and the positive impact it had on the patient and staff. Everyone spoke of her kindness, teamwork, and compassion. We are so lucky to have Larina at RRMC!
