There were multiple occasions where Larissa went above and beyond to make sure our mom was comfortable.
I would like to recognize Larissa Covi, she made an unpleasant matter a wonderful experience for my siblings and me. The attention she gave our family was greatly appreciated. Although I never met her in person, her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed over the phone. The professional constant contact she displayed was top-notch. It was a pleasure to hear updates after each of her visits with our mother. She was thorough in her phone calls, informing us of what is bad, what is next, and some protentional options. There were multiple occasions where Larissa went above and beyond to make sure our mom was comfortable. Never having gone through this process before, I could not have asked for a better nurse. Larissa is a true meaning of caregiver.
