March 2025 Honoree
Larissa Curto, BSN, EFM, RCN-OB
This was my first childbirth. I was terrified in anticipation. Larissa hands down got me through the absolute worst part of my laboring, lasting 48 hours. She was there for 2 night shifts. She had a direct, yet optimistic, and positive approach, trialing every position and option available to keep me comfortable, to help manage my pain, and keep labor going.
Larissa is a phenomenal labor and delivery nurse. She has the knowledge and just enough assertiveness that I look to respect in a healthcare worker, but also the compassion, the empathy, and comfort of feeling like I was getting through it with an old girlfriend. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank you enough, Larissa!

Thank you, Larissa, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
