My husband and I brought our daughter into the ER after she experienced a 20 minute seizure. She is severely mentally impaired and has a 6 1/2 year history of epilepsy. Larissa was patient and gentle, reassuring her during the entire encounter and especially during the catheterization and blood draw. She responded with smiles and claps...her ways of showing approval. Larissa was compassionate and also did everything she could to get us out of the ER in less than 4 hours. While I hope we don't visit the ER again anytime soon, I would feel blessed and honored to have Larissa take care of us at any time.
