We would love to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Nurse Larraine during an incredibly difficult time for our family.  Larraine was the first point of contact when our mother was transferred from the ED to the ICU in critical condition. She had just undergone CPR after coding during a CT scan, and we were understandably shaken. Larraine immediately made us feel welcomed and supported. Her compassion and professionalism provided comfort and reassurance, both to our mother and to us as a family. We are deeply appreciative of the care she provided during those critical first hours. We are incredibly grateful for the skill, compassion, and dedication shown by Larraine. She was instrumental in helping our mother during the most critical moments, and we will never forget the care and comfort she provided.
