Sometimes I feel as though Lasha gets overlooked as an important team member on the floor. She is always willing to help me with patients when needed. I can not count the times she has taken money out of her own pocket to buy things for patients who end up staying for quite a while. She has bought clothes, socks, shoes, and personal items for patients. Once I mentioned I would love something that I could wash a patient's hair in. Two days later she had bought me an inflatable hair wash kit that allows you to wash hair in the bed without water going everywhere. She is an amazing director and deserves recognition.

Lasha has cared and selflessly given herself in service to others both nurses and patients. She did it quietly and not looking for any appreciation. She has made numerous sacrifices, too many to count.
