LaShawnna consistently demonstrated a sweet, empathetic, patient spirit our whole stay. She called me frequently to tell me how my wife was doing after her surgery, knowing I had been waiting all day. Knowing that my wife would not be moved to her regular room until after visiting hours, LaShawnna made sure I was able to see my wife. She made me feel special and she empathized with my worry over my wife, by showing me kindness. She is a beautiful soul and I will pray she receives the recognition I feel she so much deserves.
