Nurses used to be called angels in white. They might not wear white any longer but they are the same angels! LaShena gave not only her time but her soul as she cared for me after my surgery. There is no other profession that requires skill and knowledge to be combined with love and compassion as nursing. LaShena exhibited all those and more in the care she gave me.
