Lashonda is very kind and always thinking of others. Today I observed her helping the other nurses on the unit by answering call lights and alarms. She was one of the first nurses to respond to a code blue and "jumped right in", like she usually does. I overheard her volunteering to pick up a shift for another co-worker who needed to make a schedule change. Lashonda is a leader on our unit and is always positive and ready to respond to a challenge. She is very knowledgeable and can always be counted on to handle a crisis situation.
