LaShonda went above and beyond in caring for me during my hospital stay after the birth and loss of my daughter. Due to the difficulty and discomfort of the situation, she could have simply given me the care ordered by the doctor and left the room. Instead, she made sure to treat me, my husband, and every family member and visitor we had with immense compassion and kindness each time she stepped into my room. It was evident that she was not simply doing her job, but she was genuinely working to support us through these incredibly difficult days in the best way she could. Not only is she an amazing nurse, but she is also an amazing person.
