We had many nurses during our 48 day stay. Starr did her job thoroughly and professionally while maintaining an empathetic caring nurturing role with my husband. This was during the time that the computers were down. They needed me for consent for a procedure and didn’t have access to phone numbers. Starr found us on social media and made the necessary contact. Her ability to handle the stress with the systems down, the demands of the surgeon and doctors, me in my emotional state, and still giving top-notch care to my husband is to be commended. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Just knowing her professional approach to her job and handling all that stress made it easier to go home at night. Love you, Starr!
