Latanya always comes into work fresh as a "daisy" flower. She arrives at the height of hecticness on our unit and her presence helps restore calmness to the unit. I tell her an angel just appeared. Her pretty smile reflects her compassion and empathy as a nurse. Her sleeves are rolled up and she is ready to work when she arrives. She is very diverse in her role as caregiver and collaborates well with all team members.
