Capt Talton works in the Internal Medicine Clinic. I've seen her go above and beyond with multiple patients. She doesn't hesitate to do things like walk patients to their car, to ensure elderly patients make it ok, both in the rain and the heat. Capt Talton has personally gone out of her way and driven records to another clinic off base to make sure a patient had them when needed for an appointment.
When I've reached out to her as the Patient Advocate, she has stopped what she's doing to help me, and thanks to her the patients have left with a sense that our team truly cares about them. She is an example of a compassionate medical staff member and leads by demonstrating that medical care is selfless service.
