Lateesha is an excellent nurse who displays love and laughter throughout the day. Lateesha was at the hospital with her sick father on her day off and found out 8T was short a nurse. Lateesha volunteered to work so her fellow nurses would not have to take 7 patients. She is the epitome of a true team player and 8T is proud to call her one of ours. Lateesha also came up with "Falling Stars" the unit's initiative to identify patients that are at risk for falling. Lateesha takes pride in providing excellent care to our patients. Lateesha takes pride in being a great team player to her fellow co-workers. You can always count on her!
