I have had numerous experiences with Latesha. She is a phenomenal CCN. She always knows every detail about her patients. She is always loving and kind with them. One time with a long-term intubated patient, she brought in some lotions, shampoo, and conditioner to make the patient more comfortable and cleansed. With the numerous code blues within the units, whether it was her patient or another nurse's patient, she is the quickest one in the room attending to the patient. She is so vigilant with patient care, that she has many times reached out to us physicians prior to patients decompensating and avoided many code blues. I think of her as one of the absolute best critical care nurses in all of the units. Her fund of knowledge and warm compassion are unrivaled.
