We are foster parents of a wonderful 3 year old little girl. She was placed in our care under an emergency placement and arrived scared and timid. Unfortunately within her first 4 days with us, she had to see 3 different doctors for checkups and getting her back to good health. With all the different faces we have seen and interactions we had, Tish stood out the most to her. She was memorized by her colorful hair that she mentioned was just like a mermaid princess which to a 3 year old was HUGE! Tish was so kind and professional.. she got all the answers she needed from her without any effort. She made jokes with her and had her laughing during a very personal and vulnerable exam.. when we got home she had us hang her hospital bracelet up because it was a “gift” from Tish.

With all the hustle you see in an ER it can be easy to get lost in the mix as a patient, but Tish made her and us feel that she was the only patient she had. We will be forever grateful for the love, care, and attention to detail that she has for her patients.
