In January, paramedics brought our father to your facility. He spent a few days in the Cardiac Unit on the 4th floor and several more days on 6 West. We want to recognize a nurse who went above and beyond expected professionalism in the care of our father, Latonya Hall. She provided gentle, meticulous, attentive, and respectful care and comfort to our beloved dad. She extended her exemplary compassion to our family members, as well, kindly asking about our needs, patiently answering our questions and thoroughly explaining procedures in a way we had not experienced before. Because of Ms. Hall's healthcare expertise during one of our family's most difficult and emotional times, we highly recommend your medical center to anyone requiring trauma care. All of the staff have our deepest gratitude, especially Latonya.
