LaTosha Kelley, RN

LaTosha does an excellent job of providing this continuing education to her patients throughout the entire process. Now in leadership, LaTosha has a great focus on process improvements that will benefit our patients and the healthcare institution. During her time in transplant, she has had a great emphasis of her focus on the living kidney donor program. Recently, LaTosha had a great idea that our living kidney donor population would benefit greatly from our Wellness Team services. Our living donors express a great deal of anxiety prior to and after the donation surgery. LaTosha has worked to collaborate with the Wellness Team to acquire their services for this patient population in order to provide them with coping skills and tools to navigate this very important process. I would like to nominate LaTosha for the DAISY Award to recognize her excellent patient care and contributions to the patient population and community that we serve.
