Latoya has a kind, compassionate heart while providing an excellent standard of care to her patients. She is an incredible leader who communicates effectively and always has a thorough work ethic amongst her colleagues. When Latoya is the Nurse Supervisor, I know that no details of the day’s tasks will go unfinished. When Latoya is in a bedside nursing role, I know her patients will be well cared for, and they will be satisfied with their recovery under her watchful eye. It is always evident how wonderful Latoya is to work beside. She deserves the utmost praise and appreciation.
