Latoya - what can we say? She went above and beyond. She made sure we knew everything that was happening and was an integral part in moving husbands' treatment along. She always brought a positive feeling in the room with her. She patiently listened to our concerns and offered advice when asked.

I watched her care for and teach her students. She was patient with them and taught them every step of the way. We never felt we got subpar care because she was always engaged. She made you feel hopeful for the future.

As the caregiver/ advocate in this situation, I personally want to say thank you. This role is a heavy burden to carry, and it was nice to feel like someone was carrying it with me and that I could relax for just a moment. Invaluable!!! Latoya deserves the highest praise.
