After being admitted for 5 days and was made aware of the plan for discharge, I was informed of the change in plan that really upset and hurt me.
Latoya went above and beyond the call of duty.
She talked to me to lift my spirit, reassured me, and helped me find more information on the changes in my plan of care.

When I come back for my surgery, I would like to go to Ack5S, I trust them and want them to care for me.
